Most
people have heard of Yin and Yang (陰陽)
from Chinese Daoist philosophy. In the natural world, Yin and Yang
are interconnected and interdependent. Things are classified into Yin
and Yang. Either Yin or Yang cannot grow. Our body also consists of
Yin and Yang. Both of them should be balanced situation. If they are
out of balanced in our body, we will get sick.
