When we have good health and we do not
notice our daily life habit such as diet, exercise, living style, we end up
getting sick. There is time and process. When we want to retrieve our health
back, there is also time and process. Before we fully get our good health back
from being sick, something happen inside our body. We call "reverse
reaction".
**Note: reverse reaction is not
side effect created by taking western medicine / pills. When we take western
medicine / pills more than our body could stand or having medicine for over a
long period of time and the amount of medicine dregs stay in our body to a
certain level, the toxicity of medicine would break out. This so-called side
effect would damage human body's function and system and cause many harmful /
unhealthy illnesses which are irremediable consequences / sequela.
Reverse reaction happens after we take natural foods / medicine / treatment
and before we fully get recovered. Body seems to have worse symptoms again yet
it is a process to tell us that we get closer to be recovered. There is a
saying that your illness will not get cured / recovered without having reverse
reaction!

Before getting to know the symptoms of
reverse reaction, what cause our body to
create these phenomenons in general?
- FeverTake cold as an example. It is because decrease of lymphocyte, immune system is low. Our body needs to increase body temperature to increase lymphocyte so that we could fight with germs. Thus, people who have low body temperature is not a good thing.
- RashIt shows immunocyte taking effect to remove body waste out of our body. Body waste needs to combine with element such as hydroxyl and carbonyl to remove out of body through metabolism. And those materials are generated from amino acid, mineral and vitamins, etc. Most of these nutrients are found in vegetables and fruits.
- AcheIn order to improve blood circulation, immune system would secrete prostaglandin which would expand our blood vessel. Besides, it also causes us ache and give out heat. That is why we have such as backache / lumbago. This is phenomenon of body repairing itself.
